Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your PREDUEL account and associated data, email support@preduel.com with the subject "Account deletion" from the email address registered on your account.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your username and profile picture
• Your prediction history and league participation

What may be retained

• Payment transaction records (Stripe), as required by legal and tax obligations
• Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you

Timeline

Requests are processed within 30 days.
